Terms of Service

1. These terms of service govern the relationship between the end user ("you") and the operator,("the operator"). By accessing or using the Service in any capacity, you represent and warrant that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not accept or agree to these Terms in full, you must immediately cease all use of the Service.
2. Prohibited users

   • Users under the age of 18.
   • Users for whom using the service is illegal in their applicable jurisdiction.
3. It is solely your responsibility to ensure that your use of the service is legal in your jurisdiction. The operator makes no guarantees about the legality of your use of the service. To enforce compliance, the operator may request proof of age, citizenship, or residence at any time. If you fail to provide adequate proof, you will be barred from further using the service.

1. Account ownership is verified exclusively through a valid combination of username, password, and, if enabled, two-factor authentication (2FA). These credentials are the only recognized means of accessing your account. The operator will not accept any alternative methods of identification or proof of ownership.You acknowledge that if you lose access to your credentials—and cannot complete any configured 2FA process—you may permanently lose access to your account and any associated funds. The operator is not responsible for recovering access under these circumstances.
2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. The operator is not liable for any loss of access, funds, or damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account, whether caused by your own actions, negligence, or external threats such as phishing, social engineering, malware, or other forms of compromise.
3. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs through your account. Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or shared with any third party under any circumstances. Any such unauthorized use may result in the suspension or termination of the account, without liability to the operator.
4. If you voluntarily delete your account, you permanently forfeit any remaining balance, rewards, or bankroll investments associated with it. The operator will not issue refunds or transfers under any circumstances following a voluntary account deletion.

1. The service exclusively accepts Bitcoin (BTC) and Litecoin (LTC) for both deposits and withdrawals.
   Do not send any other cryptocurrency or token (including Bitcoin forks, altcoins, or assets on other chains) to the provided deposit addresses. Such transactions will not be credited, refunded, or recoverable under any circumstances.
   In the event of a blockchain fork, the operator retains sole discretion to determine which chain is recognized as "Bitcoin" for the purposes of the service.
   The operator may, but is under no obligation, to support, credit, or distribute assets arising from forks, airdrops, or similar blockchain events.
2. The operator aims to process all withdrawals instantly by default, unless you choose to place your withdrawal in a manual queue or if specific security or technical conditions apply.However, the operator does not guarantee immediate withdrawal execution and is not liable for any delays—whether caused by internal processes, third-party systems, network congestion, or other external factors.
3. To protect the integrity of the platform and user funds, the operator reserves the unconditional right to pause or disable deposits and/or withdrawals at any time. This may include, but is not limited to, periods of blockchain instability, network attacks, forks, or other critical events affecting service operations or security.

1. All bets are final and irreversible once submitted.No refunds or reversals will be issued for lost bets, accidental submissions, incorrect selections, or losses resulting from network latency, user error, or connectivity issues.It is your responsibility to verify all bet details before confirming.
2. In the event of a dispute or discrepancy, the service’s internal records and database logs will serve as the final and binding authority.You agree to accept these records as accurate and conclusive.
3. The script editor and automated betting features are provided as optional tools for user convenience.Use of these tools is entirely at your own risk.The operator is not responsible for any losses, errors, or unexpected behavior resulting from user-generated scripts, automation settings, or third-party tools, regardless of the cause.

2. The operator is not responsible or liable for any content, messages, links, or media shared by users in the chat.You understand that chat content is user-generated and may not be moderated in real time.
3. This service is not a trading platform, and the operator strongly discourages any trading, bartering, or financial dealings between users.The operator will not assist in resolving disputes between users under any circumstances and assumes no responsibility for any losses, scams, or disagreements resulting from such interactions
4. Spam, unsolicited advertising, promotional content, and any form of solicitation are strictly prohibited in the chat.Violations may result in immediate removal from the chat and further account sanctions at the operator’s sole discretion.

1. The operator reserves the right to permanently delete accounts that have been inactive for two (2) years or more.
2. Inactivity is measured from the account’s last login or any authenticated connection to the service.
3. Usernames from deleted accounts may be made available for registration by new users.
4. All funds associated with deleted dormant accounts—including account balances and any bankroll investments—are forfeited by the user and become the property of the operator.
5. The operator is not responsible for notifying users prior to account deletion and assumes no liability for any losses resulting from account inactivity.

3. User data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or for security purposes.

1. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Costa Rica.Any legal disputes or claims arising between you and the operator shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Costa Rica.
2. The operator, including its directors, employees, partners, and service providers, shall not be liable for any loss, costs, expenses, or damages of any kind (whether direct, indirect, special, consequential, or incidental) arising out of or related to your use of the service.
3. The operator reserves the sole and absolute discretion to determine whether you have violated these terms and to impose sanctions including temporary suspension or permanent banning from the service without prior notice.
4. The operator may modify or update these terms at any time by posting the revised version on the website.
   Your continued use of the service after such posting constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
   Maintaining an active bankroll investment or account shall also be deemed as acceptance of any updated terms.
   
5. Failure by the operator to enforce any provision of these terms at any time shall not be construed as a waiver of its rights to enforce such provisions in the future.
